Are The Prints in Limited Editions?
Yes – they are in numbered, limited editions.
Are They Signed?
Yes. Mr Scarfe signs each print individually.
Are The Prints Numbered?
Yes, each print is numbered in pencil.
Are The Prints Framed?
How Are The Prints Sent?
The large prints are carefully rolled into strong postal tubes. Large size print sets are sent out in flat protected packs.
How Long After Placing My Order Will The Print Be Despatched?
We aim to post prints within 3 days of the order being placed. If for any reason there will be a delay before posting we will contact you by e-mail.
Are The Books Signed?
Yes. Every book will have the unmistakable Gerald Scarfe signature.
Can The Books Be Personalized?
Yes, within reason. Mr Scarfe is happy to personally dedicate the book and add phrases like “Happy Birthday” etc. He cannot write long detailed messages.
Are The Prints On The Web Site The Only Ones For Sale?
No. Because Mr Scarfe has a huge catalogue of work it isn’t possible for us to put every available drawing on the web site. If you are interested in a particular cartoon or subject you don’t see please contact us to enquire if it can be sold as a print.
Does Gerald Scarfe Ever Take On Private Commissions?
Yes. Mr Scarfe will create works; both ink and watercolours and oils on canvas by commission. Please find more information on Gerald Scarfe Originals.
Does Gerald Scarfe Sell His Original Vintage Works?
Yes. There are some vintage works available in the online shop. For more information about other vintage works please get in touch.
What Pens Does Gerald Scarfe Use For His Work?
He generally works using ink and water colour. The ink is Higgins Black Magic and the pens are Gillott 303
